INCENTIVE:
Mick's incentive is easy: he wants his partner back. He spent a lot of time hating Leonard Snart, literal centuries of it, his hate helped him keep his own mind while he was a brainwashed bounty hunter for the Time Masters, but that bond also helped him keep his mind the second time they tried putting him through the induction process. He's been looking after Len since the kid was fourteen, he's not letting him get away with dying to save everyone else. They're not done yet.
FIT:
Mick is a blunt, impulsive, impatient person, but he knows how to have a good time with the people around him. He'll most definitely be a regular at the city's fight club, itching to burn off some extra energy and aggression, especially since he can't steal anything or get into many bar fights without bigger consequences than he'd usually face. That said, his experiences as Chronos have changed him. He's more thoughtful now, sometimes quieter, more willing to stand back and observe rather than charging straight through the middle of a situation. He's done and seen a lot of things and this city and its weird deal is something he's willing to spend some time with.
He doesn't make emotional connections easily, but he doesn't need emotional connections to have fun with someone. Mick is more likely to be comfortable in sexual situations than platonic cuddling or hand holding, but the right person might be able to camp out on him with only minimal grumbling.
CONSENT: Mick has spent most of his life in and out of prison, running in criminal circles with and without (mostly with) his partner, but he knows what a yes is and what a no is, and he respects both. He's done a lot of evil in his life but he's never crossed that line and isn't about to start.
He's very good at reading people, and sometimes telling them what they don't want to hear about themselves, but he will absolutely hear and respect an enthusiastic yes and a firm no, with no hard feelings.

Mick has extensive third degree burns on his torso from a fire in 2014. He's not at all self-conscious about them, but he never wears short sleeves in public and his appearance may startle his partners when they see him for the first time without a shirt. His only remaining tattoo after the burns is a small snowflake on the inside of the trigger finger on his right hand.
He also has a continuing love affair with fire and no qualms about killing people or talking about killing, so that's something to be aware of for players or characters who would be upset by it. I'm happy to talk things over with anyone!
Mick will be bringing his heat gun with him, and will laugh but agree to get a permit for it.
